Here's our hotel.
The Thistle Royal Trafalgar Hotel.
But the sign over the main entrance showed Hotel Royal ... 4 stars
Actually, it was more like a 3 star hotel.
Nice little small cafe across the road where the Tour Bus drivers had their breakfast and other breaks in the day.
We had breakfast here one morning for the experience.
Food was too salty. One breakfast was enough.
Comfortable, clean, but cramped.
Definitely not a 4-star place.
A council truck parked in the hotel's entrance pickup bay.
Three workmen were there to do something about the wobbly slabs on the footpath across the road.
Whitcomb Street is a really narrow street. Do not walk on the very edge of the footpaths as you're bound to be struck by a vehicle or its side mirror.
